RESERVATION POLICY
Reservation Policy
To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that each reservation observe a 2-hour dining time from the start of the seating. Please plan to arrive promptly—our chef begins each journey together, and a 10-minute grace period will be offered for late arrivals. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes past their reservation time may begin the experience mid-course at the chef’s discretion.
We are unable to accommodate vegetarian or gluten-free substitutions. If you or your guests have allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us at the time of booking. Without advance notice, we may not be able to make accommodations on the day of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our omakase experience—where each ingredient and preparation is thoughtfully arranged for every guest—we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will incur a fee of $180 per guest. However, we are happy to accommodate date changes within this window when possible, based on availability.
This policy allows us to maintain the integrity of our ingredients, uphold the quality of service, and continue delivering a personalized dining experience to every guest. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Dress Code
We invite our guests to join us in maintaining an atmosphere of refined comfort. Business casual attire is recommended. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing athletic wear, beachwear, or overly casual clothing.
