Gift Card Terms & Conditions

E-Gift Cards

  • E-Gift Cards can be purchased online only.

  • E-Gift Cards can be verified using the guest’s registered phone number, QR code, or by presenting the email or text confirmation to staff.

  • Guests can check their E-Gift Card balance here.


Physical Gift Cards

  • Physical Gift Cards are available for purchase in-store only.

  • Physical Gift Cards must be presented at the time of payment.


Common Terms

  • Gift cards (both E-Gift and Physical) can be applied to in-person payments at the restaurant after dining.

  • Gift cards cannot be used as a payment method for online reservations through OpenTable.

  • Guests must call the restaurant directly to book and pay with the card in person.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. However, if the card has not been used,
    the store may be able to track the payment information and reissue a new card.
