Gift Card Terms & Conditions
E-Gift Cards
E-Gift Cards can be purchased online only.
E-Gift Cards can be verified using the guest’s registered phone number, QR code, or by presenting the email or text confirmation to staff.
Guests can check their E-Gift Card balance here.
Physical Gift Cards
Physical Gift Cards are available for purchase in-store only.
Physical Gift Cards must be presented at the time of payment.
Common Terms
Gift cards (both E-Gift and Physical) can be applied to in-person payments at the restaurant after dining.
Gift cards cannot be used as a payment method for online reservations through OpenTable.
Guests must call the restaurant directly to book and pay with the card in person.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. However, if the card has not been used,
the store may be able to track the payment information and reissue a new card.
